Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) on business days are packed and dispatched the same day from Victoria, Australia.

Orders placed after 1pm (AEST), on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address so you can follow your delivery updates.

Pre-Order Items

If your item is marked as a pre-order, your order will be dispatched once stock arrives and becomes available. Customers will receive updates via email regarding expected shipping timeframes and dispatch updates.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim for most Australian orders to arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal carrier delays, weather events, peak periods, or factors outside of our control once your parcel has been dispatched.

FORM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, however we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise with your delivery.
